Are you an organised administrator who thrives at the heart of a fast-moving sales team? If so, we are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support the Sales team within our North Midlands region. This is a key role at the heart of the regional sales operation, ensuring the smooth day to day administration of new home sales from reservation through to legal completion.
The role
- Provide full administrative support to the regional Sales team
- Process and maintain accurate sales reservations, cancellations and amendments
- Liaise with Sales Executives, site teams and group operations
- Manage and update internal systems, databases and sales trackers
- Prepare sales documentation, reports and weekly statistics
- Support with customer correspondence and ensure a high standard of service
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, legal requirements and timescales
About you
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in housebuilding, property or construction is desirable but not essential)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- A positive team player with a professional and flexible approach
