The role:

• Vehicle Technician full range of mechanical and diagnostic work
• Multi-make, all models cars in from the road, not just warranty jobs
• Flat rate 40% of labour your earnings reflect your output, not a fixed ceiling
• MonFri 9am6pm, Saturday 9am2pm
• Good team, decent workshop culture people who've been there a while

What they need from you:

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or time-served equivalent ability beats paper)
• Confident across a range of makes and systems
• Someone who takes pride in the work and doesn't need hand-holding
• Own tools
