Fantastic opportunity for a Social Value Manager to join this exciting Contractor!
A long‑established Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Contractor is looking to appoint a Social Value Manager to lead the development and delivery of its social value strategy across a varied portfolio of projectsThis is a hands‑on role with real influence. You’ll work closely with project teams, local authorities, community groups and education partners to make sure the company’s work leaves a positive, measurable legacy in the areas it servesWhat you’ll be doing:
* Shaping and delivering the Social Value strategy across multiple projects
* Building relationships with local communities, schools, charities and stakeholders
* Coordinating employment, skills, volunteering and community initiatives
* Tracking, measuring and reporting social value outcomes
* Supporting bids and tenders with clear, evidence‑based social value plans
* Working with internal teams to embed social value into day‑to‑day operations
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in a social value, community engagement or CSR‑focused role
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Confidence working with a range of stakeholders
* A practical, organised approach to delivering initiatives and reporting outcomes
* Experience, and also a real interest in the Built Environment or Civils / Infrastructure sector
