Veterinary Surgeon – Brand-New-Clinic – West London Salary up to £70,000 (DOE)
A new kind of veterinary practice is arriving in West London next month and we have a brilliant opportunity for you to help shape it from day one.
Our client was founded just a couple of years ago with a simple ambition: to create a better experience for pets, clients, and veterinary teams alike. Following the early success of its first practices, the business is now expanding across London with a modern, technology-led approach designed to give vets the time, support, and autonomy they need to do their best work.
This isn’t a high-volume clinic built around targets and rushed consults. It’s a practice designed around clinical freedom, continuity of care, and creating an environment where vets can genuinely enjoy their careers again.
As the new West London practice prepares to open its doors, we’re looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with at least three years’ experience to become a key part of the founding team.

Who we’re looking for
You’ll be a confident and compassionate Small Animal Vet Surgeon with:
- 3+ years’ experience Strong clinical and communication skills - A collaborative mindset - The ambition to be part of something growing and genuinely different
