About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Workers to join the dynamic Adult Services Intake and Assessment Team- a fast-paced, supportive environment where professionals can make a real difference in the lives of adults across the community.
What will your responsibilities be?
The team is responsible for:
Responding to safeguarding concerns and crisis situations.
Conducting outcome-focused assessments and developing Care & Support Plans.
Promoting wellbeing through the Wellbeing Matters Service.
Addressing urgent equipment and manual handling needs.
Reassessing individuals whose needs have changed.Benefits:

A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales.
