At La Familia, we’re looking for a Duty Manager to support the day-to‑day running of the venue, overseeing guest experience, food & beverage, retail and events.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll act as the senior manager on shift, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards and a safe, well‑run environment across the whole venue.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take responsibility for the operation during your shift, leading teams and coordinating all areas of the business.
This includes:
* Overseeing daily operations across La Familia
* Leading shifts, including opening and closing procedures
* Acting as the central point of coordination between guest experience, F&B, retail and events
* Running daily briefings and aligning teams on priorities
* Monitoring guest flow, queues and overall service standards
* Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
* Leading during busy periods and managing operational challenges or disruptions
* Supporting events, private dining and premium experiences
* Coaching and supporting team members to maintain high standards
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food safety and licensing regulations
* Monitoring performance, supporting sales opportunities and maintaining efficiency across shifts
You’ll be visible on the floor, leading by example and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all areas.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Assistant Manager role
* Background in hospitality, leisure or a visitor attraction environment
* Confident leading teams in fast‑paced, high‑volume settings
* Strong organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* A hands‑on, proactive approach to leadership
* Good understanding of health & safety and operational standards
* Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and peak periods
