Join a Growing Accounting & Advisory Firm – Be the Backbone of the Team

An established and forward-thinking accounting and advisory firm is looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager/Administrator to support their day-to-day operations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly — all while being the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Calendar Management: Organise and manage schedules for senior staff.
* Client Onboarding: Oversee engagement letters, AML checks, and new client setup.
* Financial Admin: Handle invoicing, direct debit collections, and reconciliations.
* Compliance Oversight: Manage confirmation statements and dormant account filings.
* Office Coordination: Take care of phones, emails, and general administrative tasks.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files and documentation.
* Client Liaison: Be the first point of contact—friendly, responsive, and professional.
