This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects, manage commercial teams, and work closely with site and design teams in a dynamic and quality-focused environment. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a strong background in main contracting, with experience delivering high-spec residential or mixed-use schemes in London.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects from pre-construction through to final account, with significant input into procurement, cost reporting, and subcontractor management. Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
Take commercial lead on high-end residential construction projects
Manage procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation
Produce accurate monthly valuations and cost reports
Handle change control, variations, and final accounts
Work closely with project managers and site teams.
Monitor project budgets and provide financial advice to support deliverySenior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
6+ years' experience in a main contractor QS role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
MRICS Qualified
Ideally Pre and Post contract experience
Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills
Experience on high-end residential projects in London preferredIn Return
Competitive salary between £65,000 - £75,000
