Responsibilities
* Creating proposals for new accounts and working with Bid Writers to bring in new business
* Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders associated with their accounts
* Managing all enquiries for specific accounts, including tutors, schools, and parents
* Attending and leading meetings with account contacts
* Ensuring termly KPI's are met and exceeded where possible
* Managing costings and funding for each account
* Evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring progress of each account and tutor
* Recruiting and onboarding tutors and conducting assessments
* Providing support for tutors with all aspects of the role
* Processing tutor documentation for each contract
Qualifications
* Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships?
* Do you have a passion for education and closing the inequality gap?
* Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
* Ability to engage and work collaboratively
* Strong business acumen, analytical, and statistical skills
* Excellent business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality content
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Understanding of curriculum and education, including special educational needs
* 2+ years' experience of account/relationship management
