Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, covering a variety of sports and physical activities. Develop a curriculum that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and personal well-being, while challenging students to improve their skills and performance. Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and confident to participate and succeed. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the success of the PE department and create exciting opportunities for students. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related subject. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
