1-hour unpaid break About the Role
We are recruiting 5 Complaints Investigators to join a busy team handling and resolving customer complaints. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure complaints are investigated thoroughly and resolved fairly.
Initially, you will be office-based. Once confident working independently, hybrid working will be available (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
Key Responsibilities
Investigate customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Gather and analyse information from multiple sources
Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
Produce clear, accurate written responses and reports
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate case records Key Requirements
Previous experience in complaints handling, investigations, or customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information
Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Competent IT and administrative skills Additional Information
