The Role We’re recruiting a Production Line Leader to take ownership of a busy production line, leading a team to hit daily targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, motivating people, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly.
