Our client is looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE, ideally with experience gained at a city firm or a reputable medium to large provincial practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload (with support where needed) and work on a broad range of employment law matters within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

What will be expected of you:
Advising on day-to-day HR and employment law matters
Drafting employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks
Managing and advising on Settlement Agreements, redundancy processes, and Employment Tribunal claims
Providing employment law support on corporate transactions (including TUPE and due diligence)
Assisting with business development, client training, and marketing initiatives
Experience across both claimant and respondent employment work
