Job Description Summary How will you make an impact & Requirement What You Will Be Doing for Us Support all collection requests and set up new collections cases with the required information. Liaise with clinical sites on a global basis to assist with return of the correct documentation. Complete mandatory export documentation requests. Updating the system with all required updates on a daily basis. Assisting the administration of our revenue steams to ensure all invoicing is processed in accordance with MESM TAT and balanced against costs. Produce accurate and timely reports to support customer and business needs. Providing support as required to the EOS Co-ordinators. Experience working in a team in a customer focused, target driven environment is highly desirable.
