We are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our thriving team in our Colburn branch just outside of Richmond, North Yorkshire.
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a portfolio of stunning properties, build lasting relationships with clients, and play a key part in our continued success. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love all things property, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming clients and visitors to the branch with warmth and professionalism
* Registering applicants and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
* Arranging and conducting property viewings, gathering insightful feedback
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales with confidence and care
* Supporting market appraisals with local knowledge and research
* Assisting with property launches and collaborating with our Marketing team
* Working closely with our Sales Progression team to ensure smooth transactions
What We are Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry
* NAEA Qualified or willing to work towards
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Strong written skills and keen attention to detail
* Confident with IT systems and Microsoft Office
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a team‑first attitude
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Passion for property and knowledge of the local area

Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:30pm, Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00am–1:00pm (with time off in lieu)
