Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire UK teams to achieve ambitious sales and marketing goals
* Develop and execute a 5-year strategic plan aligned with global objectives
* Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including the NHS and DFAT

* Oversee logistics, forecasting, and market access strategies
* Ensure compliance with UK regulations, OH&S, and GDPR standards

* Extensive experience working with the NHS and in dermatology markets
