Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our client in Devizes, who are actively seeking to engage an IT Analyst on a permanent basis.
What You Will Be Doing
* Resolving help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues by email, phone, and in person
* Setting up accounts for staff and installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and mobile devices
* Responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
* Repairing equipment and replacing parts
* IT project work
What You Will Need To Succeed
* Experience in an end-user desktop support role or IT operations environment
* Proven hardware and software knowledge
* Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365 / Azure
* Advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* Experience with VoIP telephony services
* Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels
* Organized and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
