Right now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Partnerships team.
Overview
Our dynamic Partnerships team focuses on building and developing relationships with merchant partners. Reporting to an Account Director, the Account Manager will oversee a range of high potential accounts, looking at how we can maximise revenue and provide innovative solutions to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Forging strong relations with retailers featured on VoucherCodes.co.uk to deliver mutual business objectives
* Owning a medium to large sized advertiser portfolio of important retailers as well as a few new business accounts
* Act as the first point of contact for your portfolio of retailers, networks and agencies and respond to requests and concerns in a timely manner
* Manage the complete sales cycle process from identifying to closing new retailer/brand relationships
* Strive to achieve quarterly revenue targets
* Attend client meetings independently, to review performance and secure strong commercial packages
* Contribute and participate in pitching new products and/or services from VoucherCodes.co.uk to new retailers, advertisers and media partners
* Analyze past campaigns’ performance and present to partners to secure repeat bookings and enhance long term relationships
* Perform administrative duties such as recording agreed exclusive codes and exposure packages and adhering to all financial or legal processes
Job Requirements
* 2+ years relevant experience in online media sales or business development
* Good understanding of affiliate marketing
* Good understanding of social media
* Confident and articulate, with excellent communication skills
* Self‑motivated and pragmatic – works well to targets, happy to take on responsibility for multiple deliverables and projects working independently and as part of a team
* Persuasive – able to convince retailers and networks to provide VoucherCodes with the very best deals
* Tenacious and resilient – overcomes setbacks quickly and identifies new approaches when required
* Comfortable presenting opportunities face to face and virtually, and meeting new clients at networking events
* Good numeracy skills – competent working with numbers and complex statistical data
* Super organised – able to multitask and thrive working towards targets and deadlines
* Commercially savvy

Location & Working Arrangements
The hybrid role will be based in our London office, with some travel required to visit clients and attend industry events. The office is located in the heart of London, at Yeoman House in Clerkenwell, and we offer a bright, spacious open‑plan office with plenty of flexibility for work/life balance.
