Consultant (full time permanent)

A fantastic opportunity to join BB&A as a consultant. We are an award-winning consultancy which has achieved global recognition for its change communications, employee engagement and learning and development work.

This role is ideal for someone with solid client-facing experience in a consultancy or agency setting. You’ll be a versatile professional – looking for your second or third role – and ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver across all aspects of client work. From developing solutions and creating content to collaborating with creative design teams, you’ll be confident working both independently and as part of a team.

This role is responsible for end-to-end support for our client projects. Being a key member of our client account team, you will research client issues, help to develop proposals in response to client briefs, develop client solutions, and the approach deliver those solutions.

You will manage client accounts, oversee project plans, proof and check work, organise and attend client meetings and oversee the management of print and other delivery requirements.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Taking and interpreting client briefs
* Planning and running client and internal meetings
* Developing and pitching costed proposals to clients
* Contracting with clients and overseeing any procurement processes required
* Researching client issues – both internally with the client and looking to the outside world for best practices and ideas
* Facilitating virtual or face-to-face working sessions with the internal team and with clients as required
* Developing design briefs for communication materials, briefing design colleagues and working closely with them to develop creative solutions for clients
* Owning and overseeing project budget to manage potential overspend with client
* Briefing specialist suppliers and partners such as programmers and videographers
* Working closely with project management support to develop project plans and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of client solutions – from brief to delivery and invoicing
* Developing close, trust-based relationships with clients
* Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for further work with client/s.

Your skills and experience will include:

* Ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative
* Attention to detail.

Contract details:

Contract type: Full-time permanent

Location: We are a fully remote team. Homeworking with one day per month in Guildford or Central London

Holiday allowance: 28 days per annum

Salary/pay: c. £40-50k depending on experience
