You will operate a refuse collection vehicle, lead a small crew, and ensure high standards of customer service and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities * Operate a waste collection vehicle safely and efficiently * Lead, supervise and allocate duties to waste collection crew members * Carry out daily vehicle walk-around checks and complete defect reports * Update service information using the Bartec ‘in-cab’ system * Report contamination, missed collections, and service issues * Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety, Drivers Hours, and environmental regulations * Perform outdoor manual handling tasks in all weather conditions * Record accidents/near misses and conduct dynamic risk assessments * Support other service areas (e.g., highways) when required Key Requirements * Category C Licence * Valid CPC * Experience in waste operations or specialist vehicle handling * Physically fit for...
