Our client is a well-established precision sheet metal manufacturer supplying industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, and defence. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their Bristol workshop team with an experienced Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator. The Role You will fabricate high-specification sheet metal components to tight tolerances, working from detailed engineering drawings in a modern, well-equipped workshop. Key Responsibilities Fabrication using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium Reading and interpreting technical drawings Operating machinery (press brake, guillotine, rollers, etc.) MIG & TIG welding (fillet and butt welds) Assembling components to precise specifications Working to production deadlines and quality standards Maintaining a safe and organised workspace Requirements Proven fine limit sheet metal / fabrication experience Formal sheet metal or fabrication apprenticeship preferred Strong welding and machining knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention xxuwjjq to detail and ability to meet deadlines Whats on Offer £17.50 per hour (£35,400 per annum) overtime (£39K OTE) 39 hours per week (MonThurs 7:30am4:30pm, Fri 7:30am12:30pm) Team-based bonus schemes Career development opportunities Onsite parking Modern workshop environment If interested, please apply to prompt a call back.
