Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Service Desk Engineer at Axon IT with a salary up to £27K. The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and 1st/2nd line technical support on a range of areas including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Client Hardware, Draytek Routers and VoIP System to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Technical support and troubleshooting skills, ideally with MSP experience
* Strong customer service with a customer focussed attitude
* Relevant experience in supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows & Mac Operating Systems
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Some experience with Microsoft Intune, VoIP Systems (Gamma and Evolve) and DrayTek Routers
* Full driving license and own transport
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional
