Purpose of the role & how you will contribute: We’re looking for a creative and commercially-minded Marketing Manager (Recruitment) to lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies that grow our membership. At the NFU, a strong and engaged membership is at the heart of everything we do. It gives us the credibility, influence and mandate to represent British farmers and growers, ensuring their voices are heard where it matters most, including at the highest levels of government. Simply put, membership growth is critical to our ability to champion the industry and drive meaningful change. You’ll play a key part in making that happen. You’ll take ownership of campaigns that directly impact the NFU’s reach and influence. You’ll drive new member acquisition across a diverse audience, from established farmers to the next generation entering the industry. Working within our Member Experience team, you’ll collaborate widely across the organisation and with external partners to design high-performing, insight-led campaigns that convert interest into long-term membership. What you’ll bring: We’re looking for someone who is professional, resourceful, and collaborative, with a strong focus on delivering results. You’ll also bring: Proven experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact. Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies. Experience using data and insight to inform decisions and optimise performance Excellent writing and communication skills, with a creative edge. Ability to manage agencies and stakeholders effectively. Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets. Experience leading or supporting others to achieve high performance. Why choose us?
