What you will do
* Assess and manage the initial contact and referrals at the front door of children’s social care.
* Work collaboratively with families, other professionals, and agencies to gather essential information.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure children and families receive timely interventions.
* Make well-informed decisions regarding the appropriate pathway for children and families.
* Provide guidance and increase awareness about safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Document all interactions and decisions accurately and in a timely manner.
* Participate in continuous professional development and supervision to enhance your practice.
