Main duties of the job
Greeting patients with a friendly caring manner, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Answering/making telephone calls, emails, text messages.
Liaising with the team ensuring all administration tasks are completed daily.
Organising prescription requests.

Qualifications
* GCSE grade A to C English and Maths.
* NVQ.
Experience
* Experience of working in a medical environment (e.g., pharmacy, GP surgery or with customers, patients etc.).
* Working closely within a team.
* Experience or working with EMIS.
* Experience of working in a GP practice.
