The role: Managing daily accounts operations, including bank reconciliations Processing client and supplier payments Making payments to third parties and ensuring accuracy in all transactions Handling both Office and Client accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy Maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office administration Following best practice in cyber security and compliance (training provided) What we’re looking for: Experience in a finance/accounts role ideally within a legal environment, bookkeeping, or credit control Confident in making payments and understanding Office vs Client account processes Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail Solid, stable career background with a track record of reliability Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently Awareness of cyber security practices (training will be provided) The package: Salary up to £28,000 pro rata Excellent holiday entitlement - 25 days statutory holidays Birthday off and office closure at Christmas Cash back health plan & pension scheme Discretionary bonus Flexible hours 9.00 - 5.00 or 9.30 - 4.30, 3 days per week Supportive, welcoming working environment If you have the finance/accounts skills, attention to detail and confidence to handle payments accurately this could be your ideal part-time opportunity in a great location.
