About Our Client

Job Responsibilities:
* Creation and sending out new and renewal contracts for gym maintenance, pool and spa maintenance, and inductions
* Ensuring contracts are sent within the required time period
* Ensuring all contracts are renewed before expiry date
* Making sure the customer has provided a PO and/or signed the contract to enable invoicing
* Invoicing all contracts
* Maintaining up-to-date contact lists to ensure contracts are sent to the correct contacts, increasing the likelihood of receiving signed contracts
* Once a contract is signed, informing maintenance/inductions teams to implement mobilisation and scheduling according to the contract
* Liaising with Rolstone Langmead to follow up on new installations and contract implementation
* Reviewing the contracts process regularly and proposing efficiency improvements
* Keeping all documents updated and properly filed
* Liaising with the maintenance coordinator manager to receive gym maintenance schedules
* Booking gym maintenance visits with relevant sites
