A high-performing financial planning business in Central London is looking for a Managing Director to bring clarity, cohesion and operational excellence to its next phase.
The brief is strategic and operational. You'll:
Align advisers and operations around a shared direction
Strengthen governance, risk and process
Bring consistency and accountability across teams
Embed a clear strategic narrative internally
This isn't purely a financial turnaround brief - the focus is on culture, cohesion and delivery. You'll be creating an environment where advisers and operational teams move in the same direction.
Alongside a base salary of up to £160,000 there is meaningful, performance-linked upside (five figures per annum) aligned to successful delivery of the mandate.
That mandate will be made clear when you speak to us.
YOU'LL LIKELY SUIT THIS IF YOU:
Have operated at MD / senior leadership level in financial planning or wealth management
Are comfortable leading both front-office and operational teams
Understand self-employed dynamics
Carry gravitas in a traditional, performance-led environment
Prefer building something tangible over simply holding the title
