Role Purpose
To create and deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and delivery, whilst maintaining high standards and encompassing our brand values.
Customer Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
* Meet and greet customers in a friendly, approachable, and polite manner.
* Work within our clubhouse bar areas serving food and drink (where applicable).
* Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and safety.
* Deal with challenging situations by demonstrating empathy and understanding, being empowered to make decisions to resolve issues.
* Place the customer at the heart of everything you do.
* Take feedback from customers and relay it to your line manager.
Team Responsibilities
* Share knowledge and key learnings with the team.
* Participate actively in team meetings.
* Build and maintain good relationships with all team members.
* Support team members by taking on jobs as needed.
