Part Time HR and Compliance Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 pro rata
Working Hours: 3 days per week (Wed, Thurs and Friday)

Key Responsibilities
1. Support line managers with executive support creating documents, managing correspondence and organising travel arrangements
2. Coordinate internal projects and work closely with other departments
3. Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legislation
4. Maintain and monitor compliance records and training schedules
5. Assist with audits and the development of internal processes and maintain ISO 9001 certification
6. Identify areas of improvement within the business and work to implement them
7. Draft and update company policies, workbooks and operational templates
