Alongside portfolio responsibilities, you will lead our strategic engagement with the wider data and technology ecosystem as the UK Data Strategy practice lead for Partnerships. * Create an open environment by balancing people and client experiences through cultivating trust.
* Lead optimistically by championing growth and development to mobilise the enterprise.
* Portfolio governance: Own the strategic data relationship and growth plans across the Wavemaker and T&P client portfolio. Ensure every client has a clear data maturity roadmap, driving innovation and measurable business growth.
* Team leadership & development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two VP‑level direct reports and a broader team of six, fostering a culture of excellence and curiosity.
* Horizontal leadership (partnerships): Architect and own the UK Data Strategy partnership map. Serve as the primary point of contact for critical data and technology partners, lead evaluation of new potential partners, and work with commercial and legal teams to structure agreements.
* Executive stakeholder management: Cultivate and manage relationships with senior marketing and data leads at key clients, and C‑suite stakeholders within our agencies and external partner organisations.
* Strategic contribution: As a direct report to the EVP, Data Strategy, play a pivotal role in shaping the overall vision, operational effectiveness, and culture of the entire Choreograph UK department.

What You’ll Need

* Extensive experience leading data strategy or analytics functions at a senior level, with a proven track record of managing large, complex client portfolios.
* A strong network and demonstrable experience building and managing strategic alliances with major data and technology partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, data providers, clean‑room vendors).
* Proven ability to lead and develop other senior leaders (VP/Director level).
* Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to represent Choreograph at the highest level with external partners.
* A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of the broader industry landscape and the ability to identify and activate partnership opportunities that create client value.
