Office Administrator & Production Assistant
This position is based in our Ludlow design studio. We are looking for an Office Administrator and Production Assistant, with substantial office experience to join our production team on a temporary basis (maternity cover).

Rupert Bevan Ltd has been designing, making and finishing bespoke furniture, antiqued mirror and specialist finishes for more than twenty years. We work for leading interior designers, architects and private clients all over the world.
The Job
You must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with multiple projects. You should relish working within a dynamic environment and be flexible to accommodate daily priorities. You must be a strong team player and it is essential that you have a positive, can-do attitude.
Main duties include:
– Carrying out any logistical / admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company and jobs
– Preparing Purchase Orders and updating spreadsheet
– Assisting production team with any ad-hoc requests
– Preparing “job sheet” documents for production team
– Preparing “care & maintenance” packs for production team
– Procurement of any necessary materials / sundries for workshop
– Take overall responsibility for the office environment, being first port of call for deliveries, maintaining stationary/kitchen stock etc.
– Answering telephones and passing on messages
– Sending and receiving post and deliveries, packing parcels etc
– Assisting with procuring and collating samples for different jobs
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: dependent on experience
