Central Employment is working with a global B2B technology-driven organization based in the North East, as they look to expand their Partnerships team. They have an exciting new role for a client-facing and commercially savvy SaaS Partnerships Development Executive.
FT Gateshead-based for 2-3 weeks, then a hybrid working pattern.
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE
Purpose of the SaaS Partnerships Development Executive:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners to expand the network and drive growth.
Main responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and approach potential partners that match their ideal profile(s) with the aim of securing high-value partnerships.
* Target organizations include, but are not limited to, technology platforms, digital agencies, and industry associations.
* Cultivate strong relationships with prospective partners through effective communication and collaboration.
* Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to tailor partnership proposals accordingly.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to engage potential partners using channels such as email outreach, networking events, conferences, and social media platforms.
* Assist the Partnerships Manager in onboarding new partners, including helping with integration setup and training.
* Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure a smooth transition and successful partnership launch.
* Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
* Create reports and dashboards to communicate progress and ROI to stakeholders.
Experience required:
* Proven success in partnerships or business development roles, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry — 2/3 years of dedicated experience.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset; capable of identifying opportunities and driving initiatives independently.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
