This is an exciting opportunity to join the NHS Dumfries & Galloway MSK Physiotherapy Service on an ongoing locum basis. Working full time, you will become an integral part of the Allied Health Professions team, delivering high‑quality musculoskeletal care and contributing to service development in a supportive environment.
What you will do
* Autonomously manage a specialist caseload of musculoskeletal outpatients and community patients.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, patient‑centred care.
* Assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment programmes for patients with a range of MSK conditions.
* Provide expert physiotherapy advice, education, and rehabilitation support to patients.
* Contribute to maintaining and developing the MSK physiotherapy service in line with NHS standards and best practice.
Requirements
* Minimum of two years’ NHS experience is required.
* Demonstrated experience working within musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.
