Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to manage a broad caseload of residential property matters. This role will involve handling the full spectrum of conveyancing work, including:
Sales and Purchases
Shared Ownership transactions
New Builds
Re‑mortgages
You will play a key part in the continued success of our employee‑owned firm while enjoying the unique benefits of shared ownership.
The Role
Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Work closely with a dedicated support team and delegate effectively.
Provide clear, expert advice to clients on all property‑related matters.
Stay updated on legislation and conduct legal research where required.
Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other parties.
Draft and review legal documents including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
Maintain accurate, compliant, and organised records.
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience.
Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload under pressure.
High attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service.
