What the Job Involves This role involves identifying, assessing, and responding to the needs of children and families to ensure early intervention, safety, and positive outcomes. You will screen and triage contacts through the Front Door, conduct Family Help assessments, and deliver interventions that build family resilience. You will manage Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases, working in partnership with families and agencies. Responsibilities include engaging with children and families, delivering practical support, managing case records, and contributing to service development and quality assurance.
