We are supporting a Primary Academy that is seeking a dedicated and nurturing SEND Hub Teacher to lead a small, specialist provision within our inclusive and supportive school. This unique role involves teaching a small group of 6 children with a range of complex needs, from Year 1 to Year 3, in a purpose-built SEND Hub attached to the school. The Role: Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet individual EHCP outcomes. Work closely with a team of skilled teaching assistants and external specialists. Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive. Collaborate with the wider school team to ensure inclusion and high expectations for all pupils. We're looking for someone who: Is a qualified teacher with experience in SEND (preferably SEMH, ASD, or MLD). Has knowledge of differentiated, therapeutic, and multisensory approaches.
