Commis Chef | Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone Hours: 37.5 hour per week Shifts: 06.30 - 14.30 or 11.30 - 19.30 Monday to Sunday on Rota Basis. Role Responsibilities include: To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous Chef / Head Chef. To assist with stock taking when required To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service To provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers Person Specification: Essential Experience Customer Service experience Ability to communicate in basic written and spoken English.
