Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment strategies and processes to attract and hire top talent for our programs. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding talent acquisition matters.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
* Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and metrics.
* Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.
* Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
* Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment goals.
* Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Process Improvement:

* Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
* Implement innovative recruitment technologies and tools.

Compliance and Reporting:

* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to clients and senior management.

Delivery Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recruitment services to clients.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
* Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.

Delivering on Objectives:

* Set clear recruitment objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
* Monitor and track the achievement of recruitment goals and objectives.
* Implement strategies to meet or exceed client expectations and deliver on agreed-upon objectives.

Accountability:

* Take ownership and accountability for the overall success of the talent acquisition function.
* Hold team members accountable for their performance and deliverables.
* Ensure transparency and accountability in all recruitment activities and decisions.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role.
* Proven experience in managing and leading a recruitment team.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
