About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support our outstanding team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of the clinic.
As the clinic continues to grow, this role offers meaningful opportunities for long-term career development and professional progression within a forward-thinking, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations at The London Orthodontic Clinic
* Lead and develop the front-of-house, clinical, TCO, and admin teams
* Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, GDPR, and best-in-class patient care
* Champion the Invisalign Experience Studio™ experience
* Play a crucial role in driving practice growth through leadership and performance
* Collaborate with directors to shape long-term business strategy
* Track KPIs, financial performance, and team development
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years’ experience in private dental or orthodontic practice management
* Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
* Strong understanding of Invisalign® workflows and digital patient systems
* Commercial acumen with a people-first approach
* A business degree is desirable
