Commercial Senior Associate – Manchester – Salary up to £90k

The Role
The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Senior Associate (3+ years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters.
* Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions.
* Leading on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues.
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
* Potential opportunities for client secondments to enhance commercial understanding and client relationships.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Commercial law.
* A strong track record of advising on complex commercial matters.
* Excellent client management and communication skills.
* A proactive and commercially-minded approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing their own workload.
