Responsibilities
1. Developpelling proposals which are in line with the customers' expectations and with Worldline strategy
2. You critically review customer tender documentation and Worldline tender responses with a detailed eye and take responsibility for final tender production alongside the bid team
3. You build a robust bid project plan, risk management and mitigation strategy, and ensure that bids meet internalernance requirements and sign offs
4. Lead effective, focused and well-informed bid teams
5. Coordinate and manage resources required to respond to proposals, including delivery, legal, finance and sales
6. Contribute to the process of creating best in class bid collateral andpiling bid collateral/bid libraries

7. You can write well and have the ability to capture oftenplex concepts in a well-formed and clear written response
8. You've got substantial knowledge of bidding into the public sector in the UK and/or Europe
9. Ability to understand and analyse market-related data
10. Motivation and passion for getting the job done, self-motivated with high energy, creativity, passion and the hunger to learn, evolve and develop
11. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment
12. You mastermunications and stakeholder engagement across various levels and roles across the business and with external customers
13. 5 or more years in Bid Management
