* Negotiating with third parties, insurers, and legal representatives via telephone and written correspondence to secure timely and cost-effective outcomes
* Ensuring case management systems are fully accurate and compliant, including strict adherence to financial controls and professional account rules
* Acting as a technical escalation point for litigation issues, including reviewing pleadings, approving court documents, and overseeing matters proceeding to trial
* Supporting the development of colleagues through technical guidance, training delivery, and progression reviews
* Assisting with audits, quality initiatives, and project work, and providing specialist input to other teams or locations where required
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified solicitor with experience handling motor claims litigation (NQ+)
* Strong technical knowledge of uninsured loss recovery within a legal or insurance environment
* A proactive, self-directed approach with the confidence to make sound decisions
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team structure
* Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Right to work in the UK
