About the Role
Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Coilean in South Hykeham, Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities
You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
You will drive the company vehicle to transport supported individuals to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. A full UK driving licence or 2+ years of driving in the UK is required.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for care and motivation to contribute to others’ progression.
* A strong team player.
* Resilience and confidence to ask for support as needed.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
* A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
