Their platform unifies scientific data to accelerate breakthroughs in drug development, enabling end-to-end traceability, AI-powered decision-making, and faster time-to-market. As they scale globally, we’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their Professional Services team and take the lead on customer engagement, technical delivery, and solution architecture.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for strategic customers — helping them map business goals to scientific data solutions. From discovery through delivery, you’ll guide the integration and adoption of complex cloud-native architectures, working closely with scientists, R&D IT, and data teams.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Act as the primary technical contact across key enterprise accounts
* Design and deliver scalable data architecture solutions for biotech and pharma clients
* Lead strategic technical planning, from presales through implementation
* Accelerate adoption, manage risk, and ensure long-term customer success
* Partner with internal Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive value and growth
* Mentor technical teams and support junior consultants
* Represent the company in customer demos, workshops, and POCs
* Collaborate with top-tier partners including Databricks, AWS, and Google Cloud
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a candidate with deep
life sciences domain knowledge
and a proven ability to lead technical strategy in complex, customer-facing environments.
Must-haves
* 5+ years in technical architecture or solution delivery roles
* Scientific or life sciences background (academic or industry)
* Experience with R&D IT systems or scientific data platforms (e.g. ELN, LIMS, CDS, SDMS)
* Strong understanding of data modeling, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and big data technologies
* Commercial acumen and stakeholder management experience
* Comfortable presenting technical concepts to both scientific and executive audiences
Nice-to-haves:
* Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Spark
* Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles
* Knowledge of AI/ML-enablement strategies in the life sciences
