Professional Services Apprenticeship Tutor:
This role is predominantly remote, online delivery of training programmes across our suite of Professional Services qualifications, including Administration, Management and Mentoring, up to Level 5.
The Role:
To support, mentor, train and develop your caseload of learners through group learning and one-to-one support, ensuring they gain the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to successfully achieve their Apprenticeship standard.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of online work-based learning Apprenticeship programmes, in line with the learner and employers training and business needs and expectations, to ensure learners achieve their desired outcomes in line with the standards expected by Smart Training and Recruitment, Ofsted, the DfE and End Point Assessment Organisations.

Requirements:
* Experience to a supervisory / management level in a relevant setting.
* You do not need to be a qualified tutor as we will provide you with the opportunities and training you need. A solid background in education and/or training will enable you to evaluate performance and assess competence accurately
* Confident with using Teams, Office 365 and other technologies
* A full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel within your regional area
