The Role: You’ll be the in-house Meta Ads expert, owning campaign delivery from start to scale. This role is hands-on and impact-driven, with no red tape. You'll lead the planning, testing, optimisation, and performance tracking across a roster of fashion and eCommerce brands. Working closely with creatives and strategists, you'll bring campaigns to life that truly convert. Key responsibilities include: Building Meta ad campaigns from scratch: concept, build, test, scale Working closely with the creative team to brief, ideate, and refine ad variations Analysing campaign performance, identifying trends, and producing actionable insights Managing budgets effectively, taking full responsibility for ROAS Day-to-day campaign management with full visibility across client accounts Proactively contributing to strategy and creative direction Supporting internal processes to ensure smooth, streamlined delivery What You’ll Bring: Ideally 3 years’ experience running Meta ad campaigns within an agency or fast-paced brand environment Strong portfolio of Meta campaigns built from scratch Confident with data — able to translate performance into decisions A keen creative eye for what performs in social Ownership mindset — comfortable leading on decisions and pushing work forward Excitement about performance marketing, and the drive to grow in the role Experience with fashion or eCommerce brands is a bonus Knowledge of AI tools for media buying or creative production is a big plus Nice-to-Haves: TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop experience Pinterest Ads knowledge Basic video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Experience with direct-to-consumer brands A love of data, trends, and making things happen fast Perks & Benefits: Casual dress and relaxed culture Free on-site parking Work closely with founder and leadership team Opportunities for fast progression as the agency scales
