Main Duties and Responsibilities
Reception and Patient Contact
* Greet patients and visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
* Act as the first point of contact for patient enquiries both in person and via telephone.

Appointment Management
* Book, amend, and cancel appointments using the clinical system in accordance with practice protocols.

Telephone Duties

Team Working

* Good standard of general education including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
* Previous experience in a customer service or reception‑based role.
