We are currently looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Plumber to start as soon as possible to join a repairs team on a social housing scheme in South Birmingham.
Role details
The position involves working on a range of tasks, including:
* Carry out repairs and maintenance correctly to reduce repeat visits and minimum disruptions
* Like for like replacement
* Operate in accordance with company Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
* Keep up to date with the latest technical advancements and legal requirements relevant to your areas of expertise
* Execute duties with minimal supervision whilst maintaining professionalism and a strong commitment to quality.
Key information
* £22-£23 per hour
* Monday to Friday - 8am - 4:30pm
* 12-week contract with the potential to go temp to perm
* Company van and fuel card for work purposes

Requirements
* Previous experience in a Multi Trade role
* Previous experience in a plumbing role
* Maximum of 5 points on driving licence
* Own tools
* Preferably with experience in social housing
* Able to provide 2 work references
