Your new role
As the Customer Service Planner, you will manage the schedule of appointments of operatives, working directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and supervisors in order to ensure work is carried out on time and the operatives' time is managed efficiently. You will take ownership of identifying the customers' needs, using appropriate questions and listening skills to diagnose the issue and offer appropriate solutions.
Thereafter, you will take ownership of the forward schedule, making sure that the jobs are scheduled in order to meet contractual agreements on service delivery as well as responding quickly to unscheduled jobs as and when they arise.
You'll deal withplex repairs and work across multiple teams to ensure delivery of service to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have previous experience in a planning or scheduling role and have strong organisational skills as well as the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be a strong team player with greatmunication skills and good problem-solving skills.
